We did dozens of spots for National Wholesale - especially for the Grand Openings of their new stores as the chain expanded. The turnaround time was insane, but it all worked out - on several occasions, they needed to call in extra police for crowd control at the openings... now that's advertising that works!

The secret was to make shopping there a fun "adventure" - the spots were upbeat and energetic. The message is simple: Why Pay More?

Why indeed.

We were asked to do the video presentation for an event celebrating eight Jewish Democratic women in the House of Representatives. When we were told they would be called the "Dazzling Democratic Dames," well, there was only one way to go: it was "Broadway" all the way!

Peter Lurye did the amazing arrangement; you've heard his work on "The Magic Schoolbus" and in the Disney feature film, "Teacher's Pet," with voices by Nathan Lane, Kelsey Grammer and others. Peter rocks. Vocals by the incomparable Susan Didrichsen - and Billy rounds out the "NJDC Singers."
